Small Business Policy
Promoting the Development of Small Businesses
Reed Technology and Information Services Inc., as a prime contractor to the federal government, is committed to encouraging and promoting the development of small businesses by providing them with the opportunity to furnish us with goods and services.
For the purpose of this policy, small business refers to all small businesses: small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and veteran-owned small businesses (including service-disabled veterans). We see this as an opportunity to help expand the participation of small businesses in our federal contracting and also to establish additional supplier relationships for our company. It is our policy to provide our potential suppliers with identical information and an equitable opportunity to compete for our business. We evaluate and make awards on a nondiscriminatory, best value basis.
If you are a small business as defined by the rules and regulations of the Small Business Administration, we especially encourage you to seek the opportunity to work with us.
Within Reed Technology and Information Services, the Small Business Liaison Officer is responsible for all matters relating to the procurement of materials, equipment and services from small businesses. Contact our Small Business Liaison Officer, Charles Brick, today at (215) 441-6418 in order to learn more about our current requirements.
