Digital and Physical Applications

Accelerating citizen engagement and agency productivity within your budget

For government and independent regulatory agencies nationwide engaged in streamlining processes, digitizing information and providing structure to large datasets, improving citizen services and providing round-the-clock access to services has become the prime driver of today’s IT solutions. We successfully manage both digital and physical applications, scanning and optimizing large volumes of data as a part of our proven ingest systems. Our systems are optimized to scan and process all kinds of physical and digital records, including patent applications, regulatory filings, and a variety of other types of benefit eligibility applications.

Patent and Trademark Data

Public Access to Patent Information

The U.S. Patent Office awarded Reed Tech a contract to host its published patent and trademark data via Patents.ReedTech.com, a website that allows users free access to U.S. patent and trademark information.

Users can download a wide range of U.S. Patent Office content, including published patent applications, granted patents and public trademark information. The bulk electronic datasets are organized by patents, trademarks, issue date, and publication date. They also include Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) publicly available records, the Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) Master Classification File (MCF) for U.S. Patent Grants, and the Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) Master Classification File (MCF) for U.S. Patent Applications. This format allows users to obtain data sets in bulk rather than by individual patent or trademark application or registration. Of interest to researchers, commercial vendors, academics and consultants, there are no restrictions on the use of the data in these products, unless otherwise prohibited by law or specific agreement.
